ISO Certification:
The International Standards Organization (ISO) is an international body providing guidelines for companies in terms of product quality, health, and performance. An ISO registration enhances the reputation of your service or product. There are different types of ISO certifications, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 5001, etc.
ISO 9000 is viewed in terms of quality and prestige. To meet the regulatory requirement and customer satisfaction, companies go for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 19011:2018, ISO 9000:2015.
Biotrik helps businesses in all types of ISO certification. Some of the certifications we deal with are:
ISO 9001:2015
ISO 14001:2015
ISO 45001:2018
ISO 22000:2005
ISO 50001:2011
ISO 28000:2007
IATF 16949:2016
Prerequisites:
Before getting an ISO certification, the following aspects have to be considered:
The first thing is to get the right ISO 9001 certification that benefits a business
The second step is to find the best ISO registrar who is certified by ISO and follows the CASCO standards to the T. The ISO body can be IAF certified and non-IAF certified. IAF stands for the International Accreditation Forum. An IAF accreditation only adds more credibility to the certificate and the absence of an IAF accreditation does not impact the legality of the certification. It is these third-party agencies who will test the company on behalf of ISO and judge its worth.
At Biotrik, we do the basic groundwork and help find the perfect ISO registrar and the precise certification a firm need.
Benefits:
The primary reason a company needs an ISO certification is if it is mandatory by law or contract. Some companies and government tenders might insist on only dealing with ISO-rated providers. The secondary reasons to conform to the standards are:
Brand Reputation: ISO certification helps organizations build their reputation in the marketplace.
Global Presence: ISO certification is a globally recognized standard. Organizations that are ISO certified are recognized all over the world.
Boosts Revenue: Customers are more likely to purchase products and services when the company is ISO certified, this results in increased revenue.
Better Quality: ISO certification ensures that consumers receive high-quality goods and services.
Enhance Productivity: Implementing ISO standards enables organizations to operate their businesses more efficiently, resulting in increased efficiency.
An increasing number of organizations are opting for ISO 9001 certification because the standards benefit them by consistently improving their outcomes and processes, and because it is a valuable prerequisite for customer acquisition. The certification is bound to exponentially benefit an organization if ISO 9001 is implemented with the right legal guidance.
Trademark Registration:
It takes a lot of time, effort, and money to build a brand. As a result, you must ensure that you have the legal right to use your brand’s logo, motto, product shape and packaging, sound, aroma, colour combinations, and everything else that distinguishes it. A trademark is a sort of intellectual property that distinguishes your product or service from those of your competitors. IN India, the Trade Marks Registry was created in 1940, and it now manages the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and its guidelines. It serves as a resource and information centre for trade mark issues in the country, as well as a facilitator. The Trade Marks Act of 1999 aims to register trade marks that are applied for in the country, improve trade mark protection for goods and services, and prevent fraudulent use of the mark. The Registry’s primary role is to register trade marks that meet the requirements of the Act and Rules.
NABL Certification:
The National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories is an organization that accredits testing and calibration laboratories. This organization is a separate entity inside the Quality Council of India. This organization’s major goal is to give an objective assessment of quality standards for institutions, government agencies, and elementary schools. Proficiency testing, lab testing, medical testing, and testing for referenced medical producers will all be part of the NABL approval process. This would also involve quality control testing for various food businesses.
Laboratory compliance and testing must adhere to strict guidelines. These requirements must be in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025: 2005, which specifies quality requirements for testing and calibration laboratories. Laboratories must also meet the ISO 15189: 2012 competence and quality criteria. Apart from that, the labs must meet the quality criteria established by ISO/IEC 17043/2010, which governs proficiency testing in medical laboratories.
As a result, any institution involved in medical research, bioengineering, pharmacy, food processing, or materialistic research and development must obtain NABL approval (R & D)
NABH Certification:
The National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers is known as NABH. NABH’s main goal is to create and maintain an accreditation scheme for healthcare and hospital organizations. The Quality Council of India’s component Board looks after customers’ wants and needs so that they can set some targets and benchmarks for the health industry’s advancement. Various parties, including consumers, government, and industry, support the NABH. Consumers, particularly patients, benefit the most from the NABH standards of all stakeholders.
